I am originally from the Northeast where I became involved in Construction at a young age and later became a Master Carpenter. I moved to Florida in 1990 and started my own company. I am a Florida State Certified Building Contractor since 1991, and have been involved with ALL aspects of Residential and Commercial construction, from design concept through building completion; footings to roof. I have installed Carpet, Sheet Vinyl, Tile, Hardwood, Laminate, and Luxury Vinyl Plank. In addition to my extensive background in construction, I went through the necessary training, etc. to become a Certified Flooring Inspector in the early 1990’s. I am a fact based Inspector and strive to provide my Commissioning Party with a thorough and Advanced Inspection.  

I am an IICRC S230 Consensus Board Committee Member developing the National Standard for Subfloor/Substrate Inspection.
