Hello Thank you for your interest in obtaining a 3rd party, unbiased inspection.

I have been in the industry in some form or another for my entire life. I have been in the inspection industry since 1988 as a Daddy’s helper up until 2012 when I became a full time inspector after his passing. I am certified to inspect all types of flooring as well as an ICRI certified, concrete moisture testing.

Today, I get to participate in creating national standards, read 1000’s of inspection reports, inspect flooring concerns around the country and collaborate with some of the best of the best in the industry. Yes, I have time for YOU!

Reports come to you after a throughout forensic inspection is conducted (usually about an hour) and then a report is complied that is supported by your comments and history, the forensic testing results, manufacture/industry standards and a supported conclusion based on the facts of the information collected.
